Financial Broker Enjoys Location, Professionalism, and Services of Executive Suite

CadaretGrant Advisor Paul Loucks serves clients at 125 Wolf Road

Cadaret GrantRegistered financial advisor Paul R. Loucks has spent much of his financial services career helping clients across the Capital Region to manage and grow their wealth. As an independent registered representative affiliated with the Cadaret, Grant & Co. Inc. Member FINRA/SIPC, he currently manages roughly $50 million in client assets.

“I guide clients in shaping and managing their investment portfolios,” Loucks explained, as well as helping them with certain forms of insurance and retirement planning.”

After years in a small office on Avis Drive in Latham, Loucks moved his business operations to a perimeter office on the first floor of 125 Wolf Road in 2003. He already knew of the building because he had once worked for a large regional bank located there. So it was the perfect solution when The Anderson Group converted the building to individual Executive Suite offices with short-term leases and shared concierge services,.

“I was attracted first and foremost by the convenience this location offers for my clients,” he explained. “It’s located less than five minutes off of the Northway (I-87), in a central location easily accessible for clients from all over the Capital Region. Parking is free and plentiful. And Wolf Road is an important corridor of restaurants and retail shopping, so it’s convenient for clients to come do other business when they come to meet with me,” said Loucks.

His broker/dealer Cadaret, Grant & Co. Inc. provides support for about 900 independent investment advisors like Loucks around the U.S. Loucks chose them with the same care he chose his office space.

“All Cadaret, Grant advisors are financial services veterans and very entrepreneurial,” said Loucks. “We care deeply about providing outstanding client service. So the comfort and appearance of my business location is very important to me. The offices at 125 Wolf Road reflect the professionalism I bring to my business,” he added.

 Service and Amenities

As a long-standing tenant, Loucks praises the value he gets for his investment. “The first thing I like is the value,” he said. “You have to look beyond the rental rate per square foot to the common space you’re getting, the professional ambiance presented by the building as a whole, and the concierge services. I find it convenient to have The Anderson Group process my outgoing mail, and appreciate the availability of a large high-tech conference room. “They can help arrange whatever level of Internet service you need from the offerings of Verizon and Time Warner. It’s also important to me that I can come in here on weekends, which I do almost every weekend.”

“I’ve also gotten to know other tenants in the building, which helps to make it a very friendly and warm place to work,” he added.

According to Loucks, the Anderson Group property management staff is very responsive. “The Anderson Group personnel are concerned and available when you need them.”

Loucks has recommended the space to other small business owners like himself. “I’ll continue to recommend this office building for all of the reasons I like it here,” he said. All around, it’s a very convenient and professional place to run my business.”
