Q: Are leases full service?
A: TAG provides heat, air-conditioning, lights, electric, gas, taxes, maintenace and janitorial services as part of the lease in most facilities. There are facilities which exclude certain services and Tenants would pay those services directly.
Q: Are satellite dishes or antennas allowed on the buildings?
A: Yes, after TAG has approved the location and specifications and the local municipality has issued a permit.
Q: Do I need to remove my own trash?
A: TAG removes trash nightly Monday through Friday. If a Tenant has large amounts of trash TAG will remove for an additional fee.
Q: Does TAG allow a Tenant to provide their own Lease agreement form?
A: Yes. TAG has a standard Lease in all other cases.
Q: Does TAG provide space planning?
A: Yes and it is free. We have on site space planners and all drawings are provided.
Q: How are after hour calls handled?
A: Tenant's are provided with a number to our after hours answering service for emergency calls.
Q: Is heating and cooling provided after hours?
A: All of our buildings (except 125 Wolf Road) provide for occasional and/or emergency purposes heat and air-conditioning by manually operating controls at no additional cost to the Tenant.
Q: Is parking free?
A: Yes.
Q: Is there twenty-four(24)hour access?
A: Yes.
Q: What are the company's business hours?
A: TAG's offices are open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our janitorial staff provides services Monday through Friday 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
Q: Who owns and operates the company?
A: TAG is owned by Gail Anderson and the day to day operations are shared with her daughter, Susan Anderson Touhey, son, Andy Anderson and son, Gregory Anderson.
The company was started in 1966 by the late Willard T. Anderson. Currently, TAG employs approximately fourteen (14) full-time staff and thirty-five (35)part-tiime staff.
