“Our staff are thrilled with this location, “said Jan Marie Chesterton, president of the New York State Hospitality & Tourism Association at 1 Computer Drive South. “We have plenty of parking and are close to Colonie Center, restaurants, shopping, and services of all kinds. I know a fair number of my staff do their grocery shopping at Hannaford before or after they come to work.  It’s very convenient.”

Robert Lynn of Lynn Associates has been leasing with The Anderson Group for 25 years and currently occupies a 3-room office at 125 Wolf Road. Among its many advantages, he noted the easy access to highways and local commuter routes. “I travel to client sites and it’s very convenient having major interstate access and the Albany International Airport right here. We also have many clients come to our building, and Wolf Road is a popular location.”

The location is also ideal for business meetings with clients traveling in from other parts of the world. The Albany Airport is just moments away. The Amtrak railway station is within 10 miles. And the Wolf Road corridor boasts major hotel chains, such as Marriott and Hilton, offering as many as 2000 hotel rooms and conference centers.

The region also provides companies easy access to research and business centers such as the nearby College of Nanoscale Science & Engineering.

“We’re seeing more national companies coming here to open satellite offices,” noted Anderson. “Wolf Road is an excellent choice for companies like these that need quality office space and also do a lot of travel. Our Wolf Road offices are moments away from the airport and quality hotels. And we’re right at the junction of  I-90 and the Northway (I-87).
